I made videos of the photos and instructions along with the music....which took about two weeks to do both yogas. On the Shrihat I made a meditation dvd with the poetry of dreaming as well and wanted to put that on one dvd, but my crazy dvd burner won't do double layer anymore. These are large files and so if the Ateam would like, I can send you the videos for you to review and you may have them as a gift to use as you wish, I can mail the dvd's or upload them for private access...not sure how you would want to use the videos.
I am honored to have the yogas and got obsessed over making the videos...LOL!
