The following are answers from the Ask Almine Anything course that are felt to of general interest. There are quite a few, so I’ll be posting them over the course of a week or more.

1. NUTRITION
I have been focused on purifying my physical body, my home, what I do, etc. since August. I have had to do a lot of work to unhook from the nutritional teachings I had & still have questions and need clarification on some food. (Just an interesting note: as I have purified myself, family members around me are purging their homes, closets , offices, etc. Sure proof that as I purify myself, all around me does so too.)
Q. Once I finish the 5 month cleanse you have put together:
a) What foods can we eat
b) What foods should we avoid?
A. After the 5 month cleanse avoid the gluten foods, the gluten producing grains, the white sugars and any products containing the cancer producing items we have discussed on the Child and Rejuvenation course and do good food combining. The first foods to reintroduce are fruits, but the whole fruits as a meal by themselves. The milk that we have is harmful, pasteurized is ok, but not homogenized, even raw milk is better but illegal in the states. If you can get these things then that is ideal and you can try to put the milk back in your diet. People make the mistake of putting back too many foods at once and then cannot tell which ones cause a problem. When we are eating so many bad foods we just feel horrible and we don’t really know which foods cause the problems. The very big and important key is to put them back one at a time and some should never be put back.
Q. I would also like your input on gluten, spelt and kamut as grains - they can make delicious breads.
A. When you have completed the 5-month purification program, gluten itself is harmful, very many people are allergic to it and some children develop ADD symptoms from the effects of it. So, it’s very important to put back one thing at a time and see how your body lives with it and how it responds to it for at least one week. Only then, do you add the next one. You may be allergic to wheat and if you are, the spelt and kamut are going to cause the same allergic reaction because it also is a wheat. Most people are allergic to a lot of foods and those foods should be avoided, sometimes for years and some things may never be tolerated well and milk, wheat, corn, caffeine are some of those foods.
Q. You haven't mentioned rice as a non-glutenous grain, is there a reason for this?
A. Rice has gluten, some rice has had the gluten removed and that is usually brown rice crackers, but rice has gluten and that is why it is not recommended.
Q. I have been taught the sugar is the 'bad guy' and is in part to blame for the incidence of diabetes and candida in our country. Can you comment on this too and how much ‘sugar’ whether it be maple syrup, molasses, sucanat, honey, agave or just plain sugar is ok?
A. How much is OK, it depends on which sugar it is. The white sugar is actually never ok, it is a very hostile chemical – if you do a little tiny bit of research it will amply bear that out. The agave is very good, it increases insulin receptors – you can use as much as you want. The stevia is phenomenal; it keeps the bowel healthy. You can see how good it is by using it as a facemask for 15-20 minutes and feeling how soft and your skin feels. It removes dead cells from the GI tract so you don’t get cancer in the bowel. You can use as much as you want-there is no limit.
Honey should ever not be used for small children, some authorities say not until teen-agers or late teen-agers. The point is that you can use it, but use it more sparingly because the other sugars are more preferable.
Q. I feel there is something so huge, almost unspeakable to the purifying efforts that all of us are doing now. Can you enlighten us?
A. We are getting rid of toxins that we have held for humanity; they are not even our toxins and it has been a pure labor of love, pretending to be human so that we can help humans evolve. It’s time to let those toxins go.
2. LOVE
I attended a 5 day class with Almine several years ago and at the time she said that I would "soon find the love I was searching for". I assumed that she meant that I would find "the Infinite".
Q. How can I can grow and reach this goal?
A. I actually meant that you would find the ‘love of life’ as all major lightworkers are able to do with all of our teachings. Take a look at Almine.TV-it increases love of life through awareness. Once that is found everything else connects.

3. DREAMS
I have a difficult time remembering dreams. I've tried mugwort, but it hasn't helped.
Q. What I can do?
A. It could be that what you are very involved in are the very primary levels of life at many incarnations ago and what that produces is dreamless sleep or dreams that cannot be re-captured. 4. HEALTH/CHILDREN
My son is 16 years old, recently in the last 2-3 years he has become unable to focus when in class in school. This is very frustrating for him.
a) Wondering if the cause is physical, as in diet, or more spiritual, and what I could do to remedy it? (I would suggest the Yogas but I don’t think he would listen as he finds the sound elixirs I play at home, "creepy".)
A. Your son has fungal overgrowth in the body-there must have been some time when he used antibiotics. The entire last section on Candida in the book Excptional Child is for you to look at. His depression will leave, he is very allergic to many foods due to this and he is unable to focus and take things in. Also listen to Healing of Chronic and Sytemic disease audio. 5. PHEMONENA
Years ago, on different occasions, I experienced my bed shaking and had no idea what was going on.
Q. Could you explain this experience?
A. This is a very frequent occurrence in transfigurations – it happens continually as energy releases; the resources are released as you transfigure.
6. RELATIONSHIP
I have been in a relationship with a man for the last 6-7 years and in that time we have had our ups and downs. Sometimes I feel we*definitely belong together and sometimes I think we should part.
Q. How can I come to a clear conclusion?
A. Sit down and make a clear list of what gifts he brings and what hardships. See which side outweighs on the ledger – if that which is being given far outweighs the negative or even outweighs it at all. Does the negative cause you to feel less than or dishonor you? The weighing is not by numbering but by importance of each factor.

7. DREAMS
I have had two very disturbing dreams in the past week, that I hope you can shed some light on.
1. In the first dream, you were here for Pod. You were crying, and I asked you why you were so upset. You told me that the nanny had called from New Port and Jaylene had been molested. I am sure that this dream is only symbolic in nature, but it was nonetheless, disturbing. This theme continues in the next dream.
2. I was in the body of a schizophrenic girl, who was 17 or 18 years of age. I had no control over her actions. All I could do was observe through her, the events of the dream. She was alone in the house, smoking marijuana. A woman named Mary Harris Cutting (who is a real person and not someone invented in the dream) entered the home and sexually assaulted the girl. The girl grabbed a large kitchen knife and repeatedly stabbed her attacker. The woman kept getting back up. She seemed to be immortal. The only way the girl could stop her was to slice off the woman's head. It was very traumatic to witness these events and not be able to do anything about it.
A. These are both cosmic dreams, something is interrupting the cosmos in terms of a discordant emotion. Jaylene has always stood in dreams for the cosmos, schizophrenia has to do with the cosmos-this is something Almine is currently working on. She has already become aware of it-the one discordant emotion she has become aware of specifically: life has a desire to be dominant-this desire is one of those emotions that Almine identified only hours ago. This caused a polarity as the dominance created the pulsing. A frequency that is discordant disrupts innocence.
8. PREGNANCY AND BIRTH
I am 22 weeks pregnant and would like to know some things about the baby.
Q.
1) Is the baby healthy? Can you confirm the sex?
2) What is the cosmic significance of the timing of the birth of the baby?
3) Can you tell me anything to ease the birthing process?
A. Currently the baby is a girl, but I have seen gender changes as much as 3 times due to cosmic changes with these amazing babies, even when seen on Ultrasound. The child is coming in from the God kingdom and will have differences in the body from the new level we are coming into-listen to Blog Talk Radio 9/26 (there is a direct link on Almine's Diary to Blog Talk, show will be in archives).
-It’s a birth of a higher consciousness, which is what this child will hold. The baby regulates her own health so there is no need to be concerned about that.
-The birthing process doesn’t have to be painful at all if you remember that you are a field and you fly like an eagle above the whole process.

9. GOD KINGDOM
a) If we have come from the "God Kingdom" to be on earth at this time, does this mean we have gone through the entire 3-D experience in prior lifetimes on the earth and moved into the God Kingdom?
b) And, is it possible we can jeopardize our ability to return to the God Kingdom during this incarnation?
A. There’s the god kingdom of men, those that have ascended and gone into the god kingdom of men. The Original ones have been created as gods and they return as gods, and they are incorruptible-they are a different species.
10. COSMIC PEDIGREE
Q. I hear the term ‘cosmic pedigree’ and feel it is a bit of a joking term but can you tell me more about this?
A. One who is in Oneness cannot compute ‘cosmic pedigree’ and you must remember even illusion serves a purpose but it is necessary for the god kingdom to remember their higher consciousness so that they do not lose hope among humanity.
People must be willing to let go of their ‘identity’ and their memories of their lives as many of these things are memory implants and never really happened at all. People working around Almine must not expect a fairy-tale; it is the place of self-work. During death, there is a massive release of resources –increased resources flush things to the surface…In our November course, Beyond Mortality we will be discussing the concepts that we must release and dissolve such as birth and death, how death formed and how it can be overcome .
11. STAR RACE COMMUNICATION
I am receiving information from star beings and feel at times there is an urgency to our communications and I may want to share them with you –they may have cosmic consequences.
A. We used to have star-races coming in from emergencies such as their sun is going super-nova, I would work on it at least 10 hours per day. I have come to realize that the Infinite has everything in mind and is aware of all. In perfection of all timing, all unfolds. I have found that to turn interaction into fun, versus emergency. Every star-race wants an ear on the planet. Vaness and Joanne in Ireland, Karen Folgarelli-we could give a whole list of those that are contacted. Let’s be delighted by our interaction-such as taking photos of their star craft-- ask them to do this. Rather than having consciousness depleted by ‘emergencies.’
12. THE 144
Q. If I am among of the 144 could you tell me which of the 144 Illusions of the IAM course applies to my life and why?
A. Please can you look at your life and look at the mirrors that you have pulled in. Part of the huge key is that we must identify and find it ourself, the way that we do it is in the mirrors. We pull in what we judge, what we lack, etc (Journey to the Heart of God-recapitulation). They will in all instances, reflect the facets of this core illusion.
I feel as if I have lived my life without the joy and fulfillment of some of the most basic desires that I felt would come to me such as a loving and caring partner, friendship, good health, financial security, and basically – a happy and meaningful life. It seems that despite my efforts throughout life such as education, jobs, social activities, etc – all of this has eluded me. I desire to live in oneness but I don’t even feel trust and hope in the Infinite as I don’t feel a connection with the Infinite. Instead, I feel overlooked and uncared for as none of my heart’s desires are met and it seems cruel.
Q. Can you offer any insights on these issues that may help me to get unstuck ?
A. My precious one, look back and see how far you have come, even from 2 years ago. There is a very large issue about relationship; it’s time to let go of thinking that 2 people with dysfunctionalities makes happiness, it makes huge discomfort. Your love affair with life, must precede a love affair with another, else what have you got to offer them? People usually think that having money or a pretty face is a gift in having a partnership, but those things become ordinary for most who live in unawareness and ingratitude after a short period of time. To offer another one’s emptiness is a recipe for a breakup before the relationship even begins.
Find the beauty, adventure and perfection in the everyday world around you until your heart sings. Only in such wholeness can anyone have a hope of a “fulfilling relationship” with another.

* Please be aware that if we live in misery long enough it becomes a badge and identity that we wear. To break this habit, make a point of thinking and speaking only the most beautiful things possible. You are the only one who can break these old habits within yourself and some discipline is needed. To continually think of the negative and then expect your environment to express the positive is not realistic.
* The last point is that the caregiver/infant relationship that you have with the Infinite has to go for you to step into your mastery. Life flows through us in an unstoppable way. Our response to it is our responsibility. Each one has been given the ability to live life gloriously. In thinking ourselves to be unwhole, this cannot come to pass. Living life gloriously begins in finding the glory of the moment.
14. GODS AMONG MEN
The translation of my personal sound elixir, said I "walk among men, a god that is not seen..." I assume that qualifies me as being included in the 144, or one of the immediate thousands created instantly after?
If so, it is our task to let go of humanity so to speak, and step into our full potentials as gods, no?
Q.
a) So, when that happens, do we go somewhere else, another designated God Kindgom to experience "new" things?
b) Or is our task to live as humans for thousands of years to be teachers and way showers? I guess, being Gods, we could do both simultaneously.
A. There were 3 generations originally created. Because there was no linear time, there was very litte ‘time’ - only a second between them as created…like boom, boom, boom springing forth, especially between the 144 and the humans. We will be living amongst humankind making heaven on earth by becoming the leaders of 'how life should be lived' rather than letting humans telling us how it should be lived with their programs and insanity of life. We have to become the leaders by living a unique and sane life - a big key is to slowing it down; when we achieve heaven on earth in our own little apartment or wherever we live, then we a better chance of creating heaven on earth, mindful living of avoiding pollution, eating healthy foods, etc
Q. Do you know if I came through a time tunnel or was a human for long time?
A. You definitely came thru a time tunnel but it doesn’t mean that you haven’t been living among humans. It’s as though humans have been living on a wheel and Infinite’s palace is in the middle of the wheel. We have zigzagged back and forth across the wheel, sometimes we have lingered or gone back to the center of the wheel to the embodiment of the Infinite to heal in the presence. It’s hard to tell how long, because that center is in a reality that lives in one long fluid moment. But sometimes we have come straight from one life and straight into another without birth and death if we didn’t need to go to the center to recuperate. So, the answer is yes to both-millions of years among humans but now we have gathered here in this moment because it is time to dissolve this wheel. Some of us have already begun to dissolve it for ourselves but also for humanity; the push for this is being made in the next 2 months.
15. ABUNDANCE
Q. What am I doing to block my own abundance and myself? I would like to do so many things, but never seem to have what I need.
A. We often use abundance to ‘steer us in the right direction’ as a qualifier – “I would do this if I had the money” as a means to get ourselves to listen. This can change if we listen with more awareness and if we are self-sovereign emotionally.
16. DREAMS/VISIONS
In a dream, I was*lovingly*sitting with a cat side by my side until a very deep feeling of fear came to me followed by the appearance, as fast as lightening, of a black man with a face that looked like some face of the masks from India. I tried to calm this outraged presence and he responded by asking me: What Do You Want?
a) Was this my black-light/shadow self?
b) What is the big picture regarding the black light self? (if that is what I experienced.)
A. It is your own inner sage, it has become outraged and angry after a very long time of being repressed. You have repressed this side for fear of making a mistake, which is often the case with major lightworkers because of how influential they are. You can communicate with this part through Poetry of Dreaming and Labyrinth of the Moon to allow this magic man part to communicate through you. The mask indicates this part is hidden and it is required for you to bond with nature at least several hours per month.
Whenever any of our pieces are hidden, there is unrest, great peace comes when there is communication between all aspects of ourselves. Please note: shadow shelf is not an aspect of self, it is unreal.
17. DREAMS/VISIONS
When I was younger I had a dream that I was a soldier in a previous century and I was killed in a battle, another time I dreamt that I had shot my self in the head as an act of suicide. It was a real surprise to me that I had even dreamt that.
a) Are these dreams of previous lives I lived, programs, collective consciousness?*
A. They are memories on the land, where you live, such things did take place-you are entering the experience of others.
18. DREAMS/VISIONS
About 2 years ago I had a dream of you in my house where you were standing in a central spot in the house and wind was blowing as if something was being cleared; then we walked upstairs. Also from that dream I have*gratefully*retained a feeling of your masterful presence in silence.
a) I believe this did happen but I wanted to ask you about it too.
A. For sure, my precious one, it happened
