i believe i can get past the fear to the bliss
wondering when this will happen, what should i focus on? right now i have nothing to focus on except emptiness

Hi Nattramn.
It may be helpful to see this course as a series of steps, some longer than others.
I took this course a few months ago but I haven't finished it, as it's an ongoing process. Good advice from Kelly to surrender to love praise and gratitude, like resting at a bus stop, waiting for the next bus which will be your next insight and growth of awareness and perception.
The emptiness is a place of no expectation. A chance to stop surface mind trying to dictate conditions and attune those inner ears to hear what the silence has to say.
No one can give you better advice than yourself, you are your own 'expert' and it will take your full attention. just the act of asking takes you out of the silence, so stay with it and your next step will be full of grace. Trust yourself and be true to yourself.

Almine also had that CD - meditation on Silence of the mind. This helped me a lot at the beginning to let go of the chattering surface mind - the monkey mind. It feels strange at first. Like when you get a sudden feeling that you are falling when you are startled awake from a deep slumber. Just keep letting go and go into the expansion of the bliss. It takes practice.
Also, keeping pictures of Space - the stars, sun, moon and planets helps expand our vision of self as only the body. Keep putting pictures of outer space in front of your eyes to get used to expanded awareness. Your consciousness is breaking new ground keep feeding it bigger and bigger awarenesses.
