    Two Blackbirds

Today I listened to day 3 of Science of Immortality & Incorruptibility 2. The lesson is named 'On Humor.' In it, Almine mentions the appearance of two blackbirds in her yard which were located somewhere in the vicinity of the streetlight. The streetlight implies perception and she interprets the two birds as metaphors for two areas in her life in which she is being deceived, lied to, or misled. Almine states that the appearance of blackbirds implies treachery and that someone in her environment is not telling the truth. She tells us that the warrior subpersonality deduces what needs to be looked at in one's life by examining the phenomena that appear in the environment.
A few hours after listening to today's lesson I was driving through a busy area of a small, nearby town. About 20 feet above and in front of me appeared two blackbirds. They were attacking a red-tailed hawk. The hawk was considerably larger than the two birds. The blackbirds chased the hawk off, swooping and diving. Any insights?

    Fascinating Robin!
Birds of prey in toltec dream symbols means power. Perhaps treachery and deceit has been chasing away your power. Hmmm, interesting. Where in your environment is this deceit chasing away your power?
    Blessings,
    Nancy

Thank you, Nancy. I guess I was wondering if this experience had to do with Almine. I do have 'issues' around power, however... lots of love to you sista

    Hi Marc,
Not sure if this is true, but I have heard that magpies indicate a black and white, yes or no situation, or possibly success or failure of a plan. If magpies are flocking on the ground, a plan or hope will not manifest, or so I've been told.

Hi Marc, I'll share what is in my animal spirit guide book if you'd like:
    If a magpie shows up:
~it's important now to bring yourself to balance if you're polarized too much in one direction or other, such as with masculine-feminine, intellect-emotions, or spiritual-mundane polarities.
~make certain you're using your intuitive and psychic gifts with pure intention and egoless service
~be especially clear and straightforward in your verbal communication, saying what you mean while at the same time listening carefully to what the other person is saying
~pay attention to any signs or omens, as they will serve to guide you- whether they are visual, auditory, or kinesthetic
~act on any and all opportunities that present themselves to you without hesitation

    Thanks Anna,
I didn't find a magpie in the toltec dream symbols. It just had birds of prey and crows or blackbirds.
I would be hard pressed to know the difference between a magpie and a blackbird....so Anna's reference from the spirit animal book could be right.
    Blessings,
    Nancy
