Thread: Technical problems?

Hello Grace,
there has been no formal announcement whether the glitch for SOR has been fixed or not.

I am still being locked out of my account from accessing. Do you know if it is alright to be able to acess the course materials again?

I haven't heard anything regarding this. Jan is away at present but I will check with her when she returns. Have you not been able to access any of the course.
Unfortunately there does seem to be glitches when we change providers and it does seem to affect some people more than others. Do let me know if there is any other way I can help you in the meantime

Hello Grace, I have just tried it again, and I can click on the 'play' audio button and it starts to play, but the button underneath for downloading is still not working. I have a PC and I am using Windows Internet Explorer. I am going to try Mozilla and see if it will work for me and I will let you know. Charla

Well I tried my Mozilla brouwser and the button for downloading is highlighted. This is apparently a brouwser problem in my Internet Explorer, so if anyone else is experiencing this, maybe try your other brouwser software. Charla

This is not technically a technical problem, but I am wondering about the numbering of the pages for the written portion of the course. On day 20 , the pages are numbered 54 - 60 , then the next written pages are on Day 23, and they are numbered 63 - 64. Is this mis-numbering or missing pages?

There were some changes made to text. Numbering should have been adjusted but wasn't.
There are no missing pages.
