Thread: Stevia and tea, cider and kefir

I'm relistening to SOR and transcribing notes on Day 5.

I'm looking for a pure brand of stevia in liquid. Are we allowed to share what brands we are using? The ones I am finding in liquid say it's an extract and there is glycerin in them and alcohol. Is there supposed to be alcohol in the liquid? Can it be an extract? Can it be a powder?

Yes Irene, it can be powder. It will always be an extract, unless you use stevia leaves. But Almine repeatedly said : NO ALCOHOL.
