Lightbulb Wheatfree, barleyfree, oatfree, and soyfree bread

    Hi all,

Is it possible to make bread that is made from any ingredients you all can suggest and free from wheat, barley, oat and soya products?

On the radio show Saturday night (7:00 CST) Tim shared a bread and/or a thin cracker that he makes with garbanzo flour. You might listen to it to get all the ingredients. He added cumin and turmeric for flavor. He said that he cooks it on low heat.

Millet Flour, Amaranth Flour, and Garbanzo Bean Flour may be some of the flours. They are o.k to use on the Chronic and System Disease Program by Almine. If you send me your email I will send a Garbanzo Bean recipe that I like. I could not get it to easily download here. I found it and other good information by googling it. It is called Garbanzo Bean Flat Bread.
